  3. The pot body adopts high-efficiency Maitreya plate jacket heat exchange technology. The jacket is heated in sections and the real-time temperature is automatically controlled.
  4. The internationally advanced suspended speed control system is used for mixing, using frequency conversion and self-controlled mixing. The blades adopt the opposite combination of the main blade and the auxiliary blade, which does not produce shear force.
  5. Online CIP cleaning, liquid level display, and empty material level control.
  6. The pot body is equipped with an insulation layer and outer cover, and a special saccharification mash pump with large flow rate and low speed.
  7. The mash pouring control realizes automatic control of discharging, residual rinsing, cleaning and sewage discharge.
  8. It can be fed from rice wet crushing to meet the processing requirements of special beer raw materials.
